Daniel Laure’s mission is to be a positive, guiding influence in people’s lives. To love them and serve them. He does this as a Certified Financial Planner™ by coaching his clients through ever changing financial landscapes, and to managing their emotions along the way. Dan’s experience shows that clients are faced with many difficult decisions throughout their lives and need a trusted advisor in their corner who can help manage the stress and complexity out of those decisions. Dan seeks first to understand his clients’ goals, dreams and values which ultimately dictates the plan. Daniel has a special affinity for working with responsible, caring families, corporate executives, and aspiring young professionals.

Daniel Laure started his financial services career straight out of college.  He began working at a Fortune 100 financial firm as an intern, then continued full-time for almost five years. Dan started as a Financial Representative then quickly transitioned to the Financial Advisor role.  During his time at this firm, Dan served as a College Unit Director, where he was responsible for recruiting and developing financial representative interns. Daniel came to Visionary Wealth Advisors in January 2015 to expand the services he could offer. He wanted to be 100% independent and work as a fiduciary for his clients, which is the highest level of accountability in the financial services industry.

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, a minor in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, all from Lindenwood University. Dan is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has also earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP) designation.

Daniel was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and currently resides in Valley Park, MO with his wife, Colleen. They have three boys, Everett, Anderson and Emmott.  Dan and his wife both played volleyball in college; Colleen at Saint Louis University and Daniel at Lindenwood University. They were both inducted into their school’s Hall of Fame for their outstanding volleyball accolades.  In his free time, Dan enjoys playing volleyball, running their sand volleyball club Edge BVC, golfing and spending quality time with friends and family.
